Keep your milk moving every few hours, milk stasis can cause clogged ducts quickly. If you breastfeed your baby on demand, meaning whenever they are cuing, then you are less likely to develop a clogged ducts.

Stomach sleepers beware! Applying pressure to your breasts for several hours at a time can cause milk to congeal in a milk duct. Causing you to wake up with an achy boob!

Hydration is key! Drink water to thirst and be mindful of high sugar intake. Foods such as watermelon and celery also have high water content, bone broth is also a great way to get in extra fluids as well as protein!
