Intentional & Holistic are two words I would use to describe my lactation practice. The passion behind my practice is sprouted from my own difficult breastfeeding experience. I love walking alongside families and I serve in both the hospital and in the homes of families across my town, and even virtually across America.

Breastfeeding is a tender stage in motherhood & I believe that all mama’s should breastfeed for as long as they desire. Overcoming trials and experiencing the ease of breastfeeding is my desire.

My husband and our growing family are my joy. Exploring nature & baking allow me to de-stress. Christmas season is my favorite time of the year, I would rather listen to a podcast in the car than music, and I could eat sushi for every meal!

I’m a Midwest mama with a Kindergarten kiddo, preschool princess and Baby #3 on the way. Our days are filled with Montessori inspired homeschool projects and work, riding bikes and learning to love spending more time together as a family. I pretend to like nature more than I actually do, with hopes that my children will truly love the natural world around them. My passion is equipping parents with the tools they need to prepare their children for the first day of preschool or kindergarten. Using basic supplies, a little imagination and community support you can create a wonderfully inviting space for your child(red) to learn and thrive.

My motto is, “Every parent is already a teacher, make sure what you’re teaching your child is worth learning!”
